A MCA subsidiary started in 1979 by Danny Branson. The label's roster of artists included Tom Petty, J.J. Cale, Keith Sykes, Nils Lofgren, Men Without Hats, and Walter Egan. The label was shut down by Universal in 1983 and its remaining artists were absorbed into MCA Records
